How do coaches subscribe?

On iPhone, subscribe inside FOOM Coach using the in-app purchase flow.

How do I manage or restore my subscription?

In FOOM Coach, open the account menu and use the restore or manage-subscription actions. If the purchase is not restoring correctly, email us from the same address tied to the coach account.

The invite link did not open the athlete app.

Install FOOM first, then open the invite link again in Safari on the same phone. If it still fails, send the link and the invited email address to support.

How do I delete my account?

Use the delete-account option inside the app account screen. If you are locked out, email support@foom.fitness.

How do I report abuse or block someone?

In chat, use the report or block controls in the thread menu. If the situation is urgent or you cannot access the app, email support and include the account email involved.

Meal recognition got the macros wrong.

Review the estimate before saving and edit it when needed. The model is an assistant, not a source of medical or dietary advice.

Push notifications are not arriving.

Check iPhone Settings for notification permission, then sign out and back in if needed. Notifications only work after the app registers the current device token with our backend.

How do I request my data or ask a privacy question?

Email support@foom.fitness. Use "privacy request" in the subject line if you want access, deletion, or export.
